What: We are so excited to announce CAIR-MA’s inaugural Muslim Youth Leadership Award.
Why: We are eager to recognize and celebrate exceptional Muslim youth in Massachusetts who have made important contributions to their communities while embodying CAIR’s mission.
Who: Candidates may be nominated by someone or may self-nominate.
Qualifications:
* Must live or attend school in Massachusetts;
* Must be 24 or younger as of October 30, 2022;
* Must advocate in their local community and
* Must have a demonstrated history of and commitment of promoting justice and enhancing an understanding of Islam in the communities in which they are a part of.
When: Application deadline is October 30, 2022. Priority deadline: October 16th. These applicants will be considered first, so we encourage everyone to apply early! Finalists will receive their awards at the CAIR-MA Annual Banquet on Nov. 19, 2022 in Needham.
