Omar Farhan joins our office to lead key initiatives including the Muslim Youth Leadership Program, the Youth Advisory Committee, and CAIR’s statewide Bullying Report. Omar comes to us with an expertise in youth work having served in leadership roles at Al-Huda Society in Chelsea since high school and most recently as Mentor Development Director, where he led trainings, curriculum development, and retreats to support youth leadership and identity. Omar holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Professionally, Omar has worked as an Epic Program Training Coordinator at Mass General Brigham/Spaulding Rehabilitation and with the Organizational Development & Learning team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, supporting staff training and leadership development. He brings to his work a deep commitment to mentorship, collective growth, and empowering Muslim youth to lead with confidence and purpose.
