Help CAIR-MA Hire a Muslim-Government Relations Director

Regardless of your views on the outcome, this election has made one thing abundantly clear: American Muslims will need to have a stronger voice in our legislative process.

During this time, our community needs the leadership, professionalism, and ethics that CAIR provides more than ever. And we need to continue to strengthen our ability to respond to challenges against us.

That’s why CAIR Massachusetts is conducting an urgent appeal to hire a full-time Muslim-Government Affairs Director. This individual will lobby for stronger anti-bullying laws for minority students; push for legislation favoring the Massachusetts Muslim community; and be our voice within the legislative process.

We’ve just opened a LaunchGood site to support this effort. Please give generously to support our community today and tomorrow.

The Massachusetts chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MA) will continue to mobilize, to challenge bigotry, to uphold justice and to protect the freedoms and rights of all Americans. We hope that you’ll support our work in turn by making a tax-exempt donation to our chapter.
